About RHA

The Rental Housing Association of Sacramento Valley (RHA) is a non-profit organization serving rental owners and property managers in the Sacramento, California region. The association, whose 1,500 members own or manage more than 80,000 rental units, promotes professional property management by providing information and training to help its members successfully operate their rental businesses.

About STAND

Sacramento Taking Action Against Nicotine Dependence (STAND) is working to educate, empower, and organize young adults (ages 18-29) and college students to request smoke-free housing and to reduce the exposure to secondhand smoke. STAND encourages multi-unit housing complexes that cater to the young adult population to implement smoke-free policies.
